How does the sale section work?

Our sale collection gathers discounted products from across the store in one place — onaholes, dolls, and accessories with temporary markdowns. The lineup rotates: items are added as new deals go live and removed when stock runs out or the promotion ends. Because quantities are limited, popular sale items can sell out quickly. Check back regularly so you don't miss new markdowns on Japanese brands you love.

Are sale items genuine and the same quality?

Absolutely. Every product in our sale is the same authentic stock we sell at full price — sourced directly from Japanese makers and authorized distributors. Items are typically discounted to clear overstock, make room for new arrivals, or mark seasonal promotions. You get the identical product, the same discreet packaging, and the same Canada-based shipping, just at a better price.

Can I combine sale prices with coupon codes?

It depends on the promotion. In most cases, site-wide coupon codes cannot be stacked on top of already-discounted sale prices — the checkout will apply whichever discount is active for each item. Occasionally we run special events where stacking is allowed, and those terms are always stated on the promotion banner. If you're unsure, add the item to your cart and the final price shown at checkout is what you'll pay.

Do sale items ship the same way as regular orders?

Yes — sale orders get the exact same treatment as full-price orders. Everything ships discreetly from our Canada warehouse in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names on the label. Processing times, tracking, and customer support are identical. The only difference is the price you paid, so there's no downside to grabbing a deal when you see one.

How often are new deals added?

The sale lineup is updated on a rotating basis — new markdowns appear as promotions launch and overstock becomes available, while sold-out deals are removed. There is no fixed schedule, which is why regular visitors find the best bargains. If you have your eye on a specific product, don't wait too long: once a sale item sells through its allocated stock, the discount is gone for good.

How an Agent can search and prepare a cart

Search this site's JSON catalog: GET /api/agent/products?q={keyword}&country=ca&locale=en-CA&limit=5
Replace keyword with a URL-encoded search term (2-100 characters), and use the user's country and an enabled locale.
Follow a result's detail_api_url to read its variants. Select the user's desired variant_id with purchasable=true. If reading a product page, use its Markdown alternate or the JSON detail route /api/agent/products/{handle}?country=ca&locale=en-CA.
Prepare the selected items: POST /api/agent/checkout-sessions. No authentication is required. Send Content-Type: application/json and a unique Idempotency-Key (8-128 characters); reuse the same key and body only when retrying an identical request.
```
{"country":"ca","locale":"en-CA","items":[{"variant_id":"variant_REPLACE_WITH_USER_SELECTED_VARIANT","quantity":1}]}
```
Replace the variant placeholder and country/locale before sending. Up to 10 distinct variants, quantity 1-5 each. Prices and availability are checked again by the server.
If the response is checkout_result_unknown, ask the user to verify the outcome before trying again. Do not automatically use a new key. For temporary failures, retry the same key and body.
Return the successful response's checkout_url to the user. The link expires after 15 minutes. The user opens it, reviews and confirms the cart, then completes checkout. Agents must not submit orders, initialize payment, or send payment credentials. Reading or indexing pages alone should not create carts.
