Your privacy is our top priority. Your shipment will appear as a standard household package—private, safe, and unidentifiable.
- Plain Box: Shipped in unmarked brown cartons with no logos, product photos, or brand names.
- Sender Name: Appears generically as “OS Distribution Center.”
- Customs Label: Declared simply as “Furniture” or “Plastic Model” for smooth clearance.
- Protection: Inside, the doll is secured with shock-absorbing foam and waterproof wrapping.
3. Shipping Methods & Pickup
We partner with premium carriers including UPS, FedEx, and Purolator to ensure reliable delivery across North America and Europe.
Optional Store Pickup
If you cannot receive the package at home, you may request a pickup at a local FedEx or UPS store. Please enter the store's address as the shipping address during checkout, or contact us immediately after purchase to arrange this.
4. Shipping Regions & Estimated Time
We currently ship exclusively to North America (USA, Canada) and Europe (EU). Shipping is completely free.

Once your doll leaves the factory, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package via official carrier sites (FedEx / UPS).
If your package shows no movement for more than 12 business days (excluding customs holds), please contact [email protected].

We Cover All Fees (DDP)
You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery. We handle all cross-border costs.

7. Shipping Insurance & Damage Claims
Every order is fully insured against loss or damage. However, insurance companies have strict requirements for high-value items.
To ensure a successful claim for any damage, you must record a continuous video starting from the moment you cut open the outer carton.
- Show the sealed box before opening.
- Film the unpacking process.
- Inspect the doll’s condition on camera.
