1. Cancellation Policy
Before Placing Your Order
All AITIA dolls are made-to-order with a standard production time of 4–6 weeks. Once production begins, materials and labor are allocated specifically to your custom specifications.
Please double-check all details (model, head type, skin tone, breast size) before confirming payment.
Flexible Cancellation Options
Because production usually starts within 24 hours of payment, our refund rates are based on the timeline below:

Orders Already Shipped
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you will be responsible for all shipping, packaging, and labor costs, which will be deducted from any potential refund.
Out-of-Stock or Factory Delays
In the unlikely event your selected model becomes unavailable, we offer:
Free Replacement: Choose another model (price differences will be refunded or charged).
Full Refund: Receive 100% of your payment back immediately.
2. Return Policy
⚠️ CRITICAL: Unboxing Video Required Please inspect your doll immediately upon arrival. We require a complete, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you open the outer carton. This video is mandatory to file any shipping damage claims.
If you notice any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, clear photos, and the unboxing video.
Eligible for Return or Replacement
Wrong Model/Options: The doll does not match your order (e.g., wrong head, skin tone, or body type).
Shipping Damage: Verified physical damage proven by your unboxing video.
Missing Parts: Accessories or parts reported missing within 48 hours.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or partial refund depending on the specific situation.
Not Eligible for Return
Change of mind after production has started or after delivery.
Slight variations in color or makeup (due to the handcrafted nature of the product).
Minor surface marks or seams that do not affect functionality.
Damage caused by improper cleaning, handling, or modification.
Hygiene Safety: Dolls that have been used or unsealed after delivery.
3. Refund Policy
Once your refund is approved (due to an eligible cancellation or verified issue), it will be processed to your original payment method within the following timeframes:

PayPal: 5–7 business days
If your refund does not appear within this period, please contact us for a refund reference number to share with your bank.

Refunds or replacements are only issued after full verification by our team.
Unauthorized returns (sending a package back without prior notice) will not be accepted or refunded.
