>
> WHO IS THIS FOR?
>
> The VIP Membership is designed for repeat buyers — customers who order more than twice a year or spend $400+ annually at Onahole Station. If you regularly shop for premium Japanese onaholes like the Tomax Venus Real or stock up on essentials like Ride Japan lubricant , the membership pays for itself within one or two orders. If you are making your first purchase, consider joining after your first order to maximize the full year of savings.
>
> DOES THE MEMBERSHIP PAY FOR ITSELF?
>
> At CAD $39.99, the VIP membership breaks even after approximately $400 in orders — that is the point where the 10% savings offset the membership cost. If you order twice a year or more, it typically pays off within one or two purchases. Add the accelerated points and early access to high-demand stock, and the value compounds quickly for repeat shoppers.

## FAQ

### How do I use the membership discount after joining?

> Once you purchase the membership card, the extra 10% discount is typically applied automatically to all your future orders for a full year. If the system does not apply it instantly, you can manually enter the exclusive discount code 'MEMBERSHIP001' at checkout to claim your savings.

### What are the specific benefits of becoming a VIP member?

> By purchasing the membership, you unlock four key benefits for one year: an additional 10% OFF on all products (no limits), accelerated reward earning (15 points per $1 CAD), exclusive early access to new product releases, and surprise gifts such as samples or mini toys.

### Where does Onahole Station ship from, and are you a trusted store?

> Onahole Station is Canada's \#1 specialist retailer for Japanese onaholes and adult toys, shipping from within Canada. We carry 700+ authentic products from top Japanese brands, offer discreet packaging on every order, and provide fast domestic shipping with free shipping on orders over $89 CAD. Our store is dedicated to providing a safe, private, and premium shopping experience for adult toy enthusiasts across North America.

### Is my order packaged discreetly? Will anyone know what's inside?

> Absolutely — your privacy is our top priority. Every product is first sealed inside a plain black bag before being placed into a plain brown or white shipping box. There are no logos, branding, or any indication of the contents on the exterior of the box. Our return address does not reference Onahole Station or adult products in any way.
